Fill up the Learner Enrollment and Questionnaire Form
Submit your Enrollment Application Form (online, by email, or in our office)
Submit all the required documents (by email or in our office)
After submitting the enrollment application form and completed the required documents, the school will assess your student application
The school will then call you for the assessment results
For accepted students, you will be scheduled for entrance examination and will be requested to pay the entrance examination fees

Yes, you will need to pay the Entrance Examination Fee at the HFM main office once you are scheduled for testing.
You may get printed copies of the HFM Admission Form/Enrollment Application Form at the HFM main office.
Yes, there are two (2) ways to submit your application online:
(1) by clicking on the APPLY NOW link above and completing the online form, we will automatically receive your application form. And you will be contacted shortly.
(2) you may also download the application form in the Download Application Form link above and send it by email to hfmadmissions@hfm.education
You need to provide us with the original copies of the required documents.
However, for assessment purposes, you may submit the scanned or electronic copy of the requirements by sending email to hfmadmissions@hfm.education (email subject should contain: Lastname-Application for Admission-Grade Level (ex. Alday_Application for Admission_Grade1)

Yes, as per the Department of Education rules and guidelines, all original copies of the required documents must be kept in the school files.

Holy Family Montessori (HFM) has fully implemented Face-to-Face classes as per Department of Education pronouncements and guidelines. However, we are using online learning tools and applications as part of our learning resources.
Holy Family Montessori (HFM) is using Google Workspace for online classes and learning. Students will be guided accordingly to be familiar with the tools. References are also available in the Students Portal.
The student email and password are provided by the school upon enrollment. The password must be changed immediately.
In your desktop/laptop/device*, open your internet browser**, login using students’ HFM Email account .
Go to Gmail to access your school email.
Go to Google Classroom and join as student in each subject prepared by the adviser or subject teacher.
Within the Google Classroom, look for the Google Meet Link (the link will only be available 15 minutes before the scheduled class). Click on the Google Meet link to join the online synchronous class session.
